  1. Add New Page enables you to add pages to your Engine. You can create Engines of up to 100 pages (honestly, though, less than 10 pages is a good rule of thumb for a sales pitch; really 5 pages is optimum if you can do it). Seminars obviously need more content. For this type of presentation, we usually recommend less than 25 pages.
  2. Type in the name of the page here.
  3. Type in your text for the page here. Use the buttons above the text window to customize font, font size, text color, text size and text justification.
  4. When you are ready, click "Update Text" to save the text. Make sure to click "Update Text" before moving on to the next page.
  5. Each page can be "indented" to be a "sub-page" of the Engine. Think of the navigation on the page where you have main tabs and sub tabs of the main tab. You can also "drag and drop" pages to any other page location in the hierarchy.
  6. Any page in the Engine can be deleted using this button. If you delete the page, the text content is deleted as well, so please be sure you want to delete before clicking the button. Click "Continue" at the bottom of the page or "Step 4" on the tab navigation to go onto Step 4: images.

Step 3

“Be the Author”

Step 3 is all about what to say and how to display it. Choose from a variety of page layout types (1 text container/1 media container, 2 media containers, no text containers, etc.).

The text on each page can be customized using the text editor. Customize font size, color, text justification (i.e.-center, right aligned) and even embed hyperlinks within the text.

The system enables you to enter as much or as little text as you want on the page up to a maximum of 1,000 characters. The usual recommendation is to be brief and let the concise text and relevant imagery convey your message for you. A powerful presentation idea is to upload a music or voice file and let the Engine play on it own (you’ll see how that is possible in the Advanced area).
